- One yr old boy is brought to emergency with h/o of fever ,cough breath lessness for 2 days,o/e he is drowsy ,grunting ,Res rate 84/mt ,b/l lower chest indrawing has crackles and wheezes in both interscapular areas.cvs normal.no similar illness in the past
- A 1 1/2 yrs old child presents with wheezing.there is no h/o foreign body aspiration. No previous h/o recurrent wheeze Her respiratory rate is 60/mt,retraction +,she is afebrile,she has nasal discharge, retractions,nvbs and b/l rhonchi spo2 88%.
- 1 yr old child has fever and rash of 4 days duration. Her crt >3 seconds, bp systolic 64 mmg og hg, tender hepatomegaly, sg pt is 1500 iu
