- 8 month old boy hailing from kochi was admitted with progressive pallor of 2 months duration. The parents are cousins hailing from (parsi) Mumbai. O/e severe pallor ,mucocutaneous bleeds ,no lymphadenopathy.he had no bony swellings .he is febrile .he had mild icterus.hisliver is palpable 4 cm below,rt costal margin spleen 3 cm below costal margin parents also have enlarged spleen and minimal icterus
