• A  10 yr old boy has a total wbc count of 40,000. his differential is poly 20% eosin 78% lymph 2%
• he has h/o of recurrent sneezing
• no h/o asthma
• no wt loss or neck swelling
• no h/o recurrent pneumonia or diarrhea
• he is not on any medication

O/E

• no pallor
• no lne
• no petechiae/purpura
• no hsm
• other systems normal
